Use

KBZ-500,630/1140II mining explosion-proof vacuum feeder switch is used in coal mines containing explosive gas(methane) and coal dust  for three-phase isolated neutral power supply system with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 1140V, and  rated current to 630A(500A). It can be used as master switch or sub-switch in the first or the end slip  distribution, can be used as it low-fed by docking with the mobile substation.

Function Features

It is uesd in coal mines for three-phase isolated neutral power supply system with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 1140V(660V) and rated current to 500A, 600A, It can be used as matser switch or sub-switch of power distribution system or used to control infrequency high-capacity starter.

The protection system, adopting advanced DSP microprocessors and high-capacity new chip for two-chip working, equipped with high-precision data processing and advanced protesting algorithms has high precision of protection and fast response. It can complete a number of protection functions such as overload, short circuit (inluding phase-sensitive protection and current amplitude protection), leakage atresia, leakage protection, selective leakage protecion, undervoltage, three-phase imbalance, phase breaking, temperature protection, gas protection, wind power atresia, power measurement etc. Besides, it is possible to customize to the manufactures the live side-load instructions, communication network,  power-off atresia etc.
